Donate now to the Red Cross to help the victims of Hurricane Katrina. There is an urgent need and as waters continue to rise in New Orleans, the need for food, clean water and shelter only increases. Thank you.

Hi Lisa! We know it as the American Red Cross but it is a worldwide organization. Outside of the US it is known simply as the Red Cross and in the Muslim world it is known as the Red Crescent. Cool, eh? So, just as we donated to our Red Cross during the tsunami, people around the world can donate to their Red Cross/Crescent and funds will be directed to the area in need. Also... don't forget the animals! Just like any disaster, animals are often left behind. We just made our donation to the aspca.org and they direct funds to organizations that will provide food, water, shelter and medical care to animals.
